Opt-Out Policy

Any customer may opt out of receiving email or text message communication at any time for any reason by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by responding 'STOP' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to any text message received from Ovation Bistro & Bar. We adhere to a one-click opt-out process; once a customer clicks 'unsubscribe' they are immediately removed from the marketing list; the entirety of their customer information, including, but not limited to, name, phone, email, address, IP address, social media profiles, company, anniversary, and birthday remain in the database but are removed from the mailing list unsubscribed from.
